Why does everyone keep saying my husband is in love with her? I dont see it?!?

Wow. I feel bad for you. Yeah, he seems to have feelings for her. If he's trying to hire her, he does want to see her daily and more importantly, he knows this is something you would hate and is still going behind your back to do it. So that's a lot of sneaking around for someone you don't love. Seems like he does.
