That's almost the recipe I use. Do you mean it tastes awful or it just isn't setting up? If it tastes awful now, it's not going to taste a whole lot better once it sets. The banana actually sounds pretty good, except I would be afraid it would change the texture of the cheesecake in a way I don't think I would personally like. I know a lot of people don't like sweetened condensed milk, but if you're adding it to coffee I assume that isn't the problem. More details would be good. What exactly is wrong with it?
