Not likely to work well at all. Limeade isn't the same as lime juice, as lime juice isn't sweetened and has a higher acidity than a drink mix. Even if it had enough acidity, you'll probably get too much sugar in the substitution. So unless you really like overly sweetened lime flavored milk that is mostly liquid and won't set, I wouldn't count on a successful result.
