How can I make baked cheesecake with evaporated milk?

I fully intended on using sweetened condensed milk but I forgot to get it at the store. I have evaporated milk and didn't know if that would be a worthy substitute? Here are the ingredients I have: Eggs, 2 8oz cream cheese, vanilla, 2 cans evaporated milk, sugar, gram crackers, butter, and a new springform pan. Can anyone offer me any advice? Should I add sugar to the evaporated milk? Cook it down? how much would I use. AHHH just help? Step by step please! 8-0
