What should i buy for lunch? ON A DIET/HEALTH KICK?

Dont starve yourself thought. I would bring your own lunch next time and make better choices. Like make a salad and chop hard boiled eggs and a bit of ham and low fat or fat free cheese shredds with a low fat dressing and measure out the dressing according to the serving on the back of the package label. Add some walnuts and some cut up red grapes to a salad and it will taste good and you will also be getting lots of protein and fiber. A healthy alternative to junky foods. Im assuming you are either at school, work, or out at the grocery store trying to choose a lunch. I know it can be hard to do. I would try to go for the better choice. Buy something that you think is better. Nothing on this menu above sounds appatizing nor does it seem healthy. If you can ask for things on the side that way you have the control of whats being put on your sandwich. Ask for low fat milk in your coffee no whipped topping. Eat the krispy bar but cut it in half and have your carrots. or the water wit the chicken wrap minus the dressing and just add pepper.
