Was my overall eating habits today healthy?

This morning I had a Slim Fast shake and 3 SlimQuick tablets and water. Lunch was 3 SlimQuick tablets, a protein bar Slim Fast shake and water. Snack was a mozzarella cheese stick and a small naturally sweetened grape juice. For dinner tonight I'm having stir fry, with celery, onions, mushrooms and steamed okra. Desert will be watermelon and sliced apples. Is this under 1300 calories? And healthy? Thanks. Oh, I also jog, walked a mile.
