HELP! Today's diet. GOOD OR BAD??

Not bad, but I would venture a guess by this that you're not getting enough protein. Protein is essential in dieting as well b/c it takes longer for the body to break it down as compared to carbs, leaving you feeling fuller for an extended period of time. Add just a little more protein to each meal that you have, it will make a huge difference.
